1.猪蹄放料酒、姜片绰水,冷水下猪蹄水滚捞出来冲洗干净后再次绰2次水。

2.放高压锅加入清水上气炖5分钟后转中小火炖15分钟。捞出来沥干水分备用。

3.热锅放植物油下猪蹄大火翻炒。
